Contact us and we will find a time for an in-home assessment that works for you!
Before we begin, we take the time to understand you. One of our caring AEPs will visit you to discuss your health history, goals, and needs. This allows us to develop a personalised exercise plan that is safe, effective, and tailored just for you!
We complete functional testing to assess your strength, balance, and mobility. This helps us understand your abilities and can be compared to others in your age group, ensuring a personalised approach to your exercise plan.
One of our AEPs comes to your home and completes each exercise session with you. We are experts at prescribing exercise to manage conditions, and we will help with technique and progression so you can achieve your goals!
