Let us come to you! Our exercise physiology services are mobile, with our exercise physiologists coming to you to provide exercise services in your home. No equipment required, our team will bring everything needed.

With extensive experience in exercise physiology, rehabilitation, and senior health, our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) provide safe, effective, and research-based exercise programs. We stay up to date with the latest evidence to ensure you receive the highest standard of care tailored to your needs!

We create individualised exercise plans based on your health history, goals, and abilities. Whether it’s improving balance, mobility, or rehabilitation, we work at your pace to help you Stay Active and independent!

Home Care Packages

​You, your parents, or grandparents may be eligible for government-funded Home Care Packages (HCP). There are 4 levels of HCP for seniors, from basic care to high care needs.​

To get started, ask us how to use your HCP for Stay Active services or click here to apply for an assessment through My Aged Care (MAC).​

Please note, that as of July 1 2025, HCP will be replaced by the Support at Home program. This will provide 8 classifications for ongoing support rather than the HCP's 4 classifications. For more information please see here

What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist?

"AEPs are university qualified allied health professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities."​- Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
